We want you to feel good about giving Driftwood Dawn a try. That’s why every first-time customer is ensured with a simple promise:
If you’re not satisfied with your first bag of coffee for any reason, we’ll refund you in full. No need to return anything, and no questions asked.
For returning customers:
Because coffee is a perishable item, we generally cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue caused by our team, we’ll make it right. Just let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
Please note:
We do not refund express shipping charges (e.g., Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.), unless the issue was on our end.
Ground shipping is only refunded if your order was damaged due to our shipping process.
Requests made after 48 hours from delivery are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
